AREAS OF EXPERTISE
I have a diverse background in a variety of disciplines, with the qualifications to incorporate dance technique, pilates and power-plate into work-outs. A mum myself, I am also qualified to conduct pre- and post-natal training. Having a dance background has made me particularly aware of the importance of correct movement and alignment, making my work-outs an excellent choice for injury recovery (or to make sure to prevent them!)
