​With so much change happening physically both pre and post birth it has never been so important to look after your body. By using a combination of training techniques to achieve a balanced and healthy body including resistance work for maintaining muscle strength, cardiovascular work to maintain healthy heart and lungs and Pilates based movements to encourage continued mobility and flexibility.

Working uniquely with you, either in the comfort of your own home, at my home studio or taking in some fresh air in the park, my personalised sessions ensure you exercise at your own pace leaving you feeling relaxed, invigorated and energised.
*Post birth: having your baby with you during your sessions, means you can feel at ease knowing you are nearby and can tend to baby when necessary. Having a young one myself, I know how reassuring this can be.
